It’s Soup ‘R Bowl Time!
Get your tickets before they run out!

Have you ever been to one? If not, see why everyone has been asking about it. If you have, well, then you know you’ll want to get tickets for the first hour so you have the best selection.

Last year, the Molokai Arts Center (MAC) REIMAGINED the annual fundraiser due to COVID restrictions. This year, we’re still in “stay safe” mode, but able to do a little more for this anticipated event.

The 12th Annual Soup ‘R Bowl will again be held at Lanikeha Community Center in Ho’olehua, on Saturday, March 5, 2022. Tickets are being sold online at https://ticketstripe.com/souprbowl2022 with a limited number of tickets available for each entrance time. This is to allow for social distancing. A small number of paper tickets will be sold at Take’s Variety Store beginning February 16, in case you don’t have access to online ordering.

Choose a time – 4:30pm 5:00pm 5:30pm 6:00pm 6:30pm 7:00pm. If that time slot is sold out, you will need to select another time slot. You can purchase your tickets online  here!
Print your online ticket and bring it with you to the event.
Bring your own bag(s) or boxes to carry your pottery and food.
Masks are required!

When you check in at your designated time, you will be given two tickets – one to select from over 300 ceramic bowls and mugs handcrafted by Molokai artistans at the MAC (come meet some of our artists), and one to pick up your take out soup meal. This year we’ll have your choice of soup – Portuguese Bean Soup made by the Kanemitsus/Take’s, Broccoli & Cheese, or Clam Chowder made by Mike Holm of Holm’s Breads – served with fresh green salad (Molokai grown), bread rolls by Val Dudoit Temahaga & Ani Dudoit, ube cupcakes by Da Purple Box (Desiree Mendija) and bottled water. Limited no-host table seating may be available as COVID-protocols allow. Music provided by Molokai Instrumental Music Education Program under the direction of Bob Underwood and other local musicians.

Additional pottery and art by Molokai artists will also be available for sale. If there are additional items left after 7:30pm, walk-ins will be welcome until 8:00pm.

Proceeds benefit Molokai Arts Center, Inc., a 501(c)3 nonprofit arts education organization.
